So today my fitbit ionic stopped counting steps very subtly.
Fitbit step counter frozen.
Keep this tracker on 24 7 and you ll learn all about the number of steps you take the calories you burn your active minutes and even your sleep quality in a day.
Went to charge my fitbit and it just stayed on the clock screen.
Wear your tracker or watch to record your sleep then use the fitbit app to view insights set goals and create a better bedtime routine see how everything you do adds up log meals and snacks then compare that information against your activity stats to get a better idea of your calories in vs.
With the advice previously given not working what do you recommend next.
It has been frozen for 3 days now.
It won t change with swiping won t show the battery charging icon nothing.
Charge 2 press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds.
If i didn t have notification to move for example then i w.
I have noticed this issue 3 times counting this time since the last firmware update.
I have reset my clockface twice charged my fitbit to 100 and restarted by holding the button for 8 seconds while it was charging.
In order to sort this out i d recommend restarting your tracker by following these steps.
When you see the fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates the tracker restarted.
When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates the tracker restarted.
It won t change the time count steps track heart rate or anything.
Don t know how to reset the charge 3 the instructions don t seem to work or i m on the wrong fitbit.
However it continues to track my heart rate.
Plug the charging cable into the usb port on your computer or any ul certified usb wall charger.
I can t swipe to see my steps or set a timer.
Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker.
The way to fix it is simple enough just restarting the ionic but its an issue non the less.
However my step count if frozen at 13 063 steps and will not count anymore steps or miles calories stairs etc.
Charge 3 charge 4 press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds.
I m afraid if i factory reset i will loose all the info it s tracked.
The fitbit is halfway charged currently.
Still my screen is frozen showing only calories burned.
Tried to reset several times shutdown and let it sit for 15 minutes but nothing is working.
My versa is frozen on the watch face.
